Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Rights (Physical Products Only)

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement via e-mail at support@codew.in.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

2. Conditions for Returns (Physical Products)

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

• The goods have not been used, altered, or damaged.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Goods made to your custom specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., perishable items or expired products).

• Goods that are unsealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

3. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the returned goods or valid proof of delivery.

4. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

5. No Refund Policy on Digital Goods

All digital goods, including but not limited to software, licenses, digital subscriptions, downloadable files, and online services, are non-refundable once the order has been processed and access or activation has been granted.
